Warranty Info VERSACOURT PRO TILE 15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY VersaCourt International LLC warrants to the original purchaser the items covered in this document in their original installation to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of original purchase. Abnormal use and/or abuse will nullify the warranty on any particular item. Abnormal deterioration and/or failure under normal use of items covered during the warranty period due to defects in workmanship or material shall be replace with like (or, if unavailable, similar) components at no charge or at a prorated price as outlined below. This is the limit of the liability of VersaCourt International LLC. This warranty is void if the components have been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper installation, alteration, or any other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship of the components. UV Warranty, - VersaCourt International shall warrant to the original purchaser failure of product due to UV degradation during the first 10 years of purchase. VersaCourt International also warrants that during the first 7 years to replace the tile to the customer with like (or, if unavailable, similar) components at no charge or at the prorated price as outlined below if the percentage of color in the tile change by more than 50% from their original color. Replacement cost to customer: (Based on retail list prices at time of claim) Between 0 โ 7 years, no cost. Between โ 8-11 years, 50% of retail price at time of claim. Between 11 โ 15 years, 70% of retail price at time of claim. Components covered under this warranty include: VersaCourt surfacing, when tiles are replaced through warranty or otherwise, the appearance of the replacement tiles will vary from those already aged and weathered and is to be expected. VersaCourt will not warranty against damage to the locking system on the tiles if disassembled improperly (pulling, tearing, bending, etc.). Please use a putty knife to carefully unlock the modules. Authorization and verification of a signed warranty agreement must be obtained from VersaCourt International LLC, 1203 Howard, Lamar, MO 64759, before any merchandise can be replaced. Disassembly, return of component(s) and reinstallation is the responsibility of the buyer. Return to buyer will be at expense of VersaCourt International LLC. See warranty claim procedures below. VersaCourt International LLC does not warranty the capability of any installer. VersaCourt International LLC is not a joint venture with any dealer or any others and no installer or dealer has authority to bind or obligate VersaCourt International LLC in any manner whatsoever. Any alteration of this warranty shall invalidate the warranty in its entirety. No warranties expressed or implied are made beyond the conditions set forth herein. Warranty does not cover any painted lines or logos on Court tile. 2 This warranty should be submitted to VersaCourt International LLC, 1203 Howard, Lamar, MO 64759, within thirty (30) days of purchase. These warranties give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. VersaCourt International LLC does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with these components. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TO THESE COMPONENTS IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THESE WRITTEN WARRANTIES. NEITHER VersaCourt International LLC NOR THE SELLING DEALER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Warranty Claim Procedure: 1. Call VersaCourt International LLC at (417)-682-9944 for verification of your warranty and instructions. 2. You will likely be requested to send a sample of one full tile and/or a photograph of the entire surface which is believed to be defective. You may be requested to send one tile of each color and one line of each color. 3. The claim will be promptly resolved either by replacement of defective product or a written explanation for the denial of the claim. 4. VersaCourt International LLC may request that all or part of the defective items be returned to the plant. Disassembly, costs for the return of the tiles and components (freight), and reassembly are the responsibility of the customer. Shipment of replacement parts to customer will be at the expense of VersaCourt International LLC. VersaCourt International 1705 Gulf, Lamar, MO 64759 MultiSport Tile Warranty 10 Year Limited Warranty For the first five years from the date of the original purchase, VersaCourt International, LLC will exchange, free of charge, any and all tiles, which have manufacturing defects or material defects. During the following five years, VersaCourt will replace defective tiles at discounted rates, pro-rated at -20% annually, based on the market value. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of VersaCourt MultiSport tile products, of which VersaCourt International or its authorized dealers supervised the installation in the USA and Canada. Warranty will be provided by VersaCourt International, LLC. Not included in this warranty are painted markings, such as lines and logos; the natural discoloring or color fading of tiles and the natural consequences of tiles being exposed to prolonged direct sun light; damages caused by actions in sport and improper cleaning; circumstances caused by the natural expansion and contraction of the tiles and the substructure. This warranty does not include labor, nor costs associated with equipment and labor. MultiSport Tile is unsuitable, even dangerous to skate on when moist. The owners shall prominently display and advise their users of the dangers associated with any sport played on the surface. Warrantors: VersaCourt International, LLC Goalsetter Warranty BUYER AGREES THAT PRODUCTS SOLD BY GOALSETTER SYSTEMS, INC. CARRY THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY Subject to proper installation and normal, intended use, all structural components of Goalsetter Systems Signature Series*, Extreme Series* and GS Wall-Mount Series* basketball systems are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of ownership by the original retail purchaser, subject to the limitations below. Tournament Series* systems will be covered by this warranty for a period of five years. GS Portable Series* systems will be covered by this warranty for a period of two years. Goalsetter shall have the right to require the purchaser to deliver the allegedly defective product to Goalsetter for testing, repair or replacement. Goalsetter shall not be responsible for any expenses associated with the replacement or removal of the product from its application for such delivery. Modification of any product by the customer, unless approved by Goalsetter Systems, will void all warranty. Where listed as โLIMITEDโ, the warranties shall cover damage or failure that occurs during the course of NORMAL or INTENDED USE of the product. Normal or intended use shall be described as activity that is necessary for the participation in the sport for which the equipment is designed. NOT COVERED is damage caused by deliberate hanging, multiple player hanging, vandalism, non-basketball activities or any other activity that could be regarded as abusive. *Signature Series โ MVP, Captain, All-American, All-Star, Contender, Champion; Extreme Series โ X672, X660, X560, X554, X454, X448; GS Wall- Mount Series โ GS72 Wall-Mount, GS60 Wall-Mount, GS54 Wall-Mount, GS48 Wall-Mount; Tournament Series โ Elite, Classic; GS Portable Series โ GS1000, GS2000, GS2500, GS3000, GS3500 Any warranty on a basketball system excludes the rim. Rim warranties are as follows: Single Ring Static Rim: two-year limited; Double Ring Static Rim: Unconditional Lifetime; Home Court Flex Rim: one-year limited; Heavy Duty Flex Rim: two-year limited; GS Ultra Flex Rim: five-year limited; GS Collegiate Breakaway Rim: five-year limited; Double Ring Static Galvanized Rim: Unconditional Lifetime Padding Warranty: Multi-Purpose Backboard Edge Padding: one-year limited; Indoor Backboard Edge Padding: five-year limited (indoor only); Custom Fitted Pole Padding: one-year limited; Wrap Around Pole Padding: one-year limited NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY โข Use in non-residential applications of Glass backboards on Signature Series systems. โข Use in non-residential applications of Extreme Series and Tournament Series complete systems. โข Any products subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, alteration of product or any other events beyond the control of Goalsetter Systems. โข Paint or rusted parts. Touch-up paint is included in all hardware kits. โข Deterioration of product due to time or wear and tear. Normal deterioration of products due to atmospheric conditions, weather, wear and tear (including paint), or other causes that do not affect functional use are not covered by Goalsetter Systems warranties. All warranties are valid only when product is used in the intended application & when installed according to Goalsetter Systems instructions. Warranty may be void if maintenance instructions in the Ownerโs Manual are not followed. If you did not receive an Owners Manual please call 1-800-362-4625 and one will be mailed to you. WARRANTY CLAIMS: All returns must be arranged through the Goalsetter Systems dealer where the product was originally purchased. Warranties do not cover dealer service charges, labor charges, freight charges and travel expenses associated with replacement, repair or removal of warranty item. A Goalsetter Warranty Claim form must be completed, and photos submitted, for any item you wish to claim under warranty. If the purchase was not made through a dealer, this form is available by email, fax or mail. In response to your claim, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a notice stating whether Goalsetter needs your warranty item returned. Goalsetter will notify you by fax or phone if we determine that the item cannot be claimed under warranty. Goalsetter Systems is not responsible for any charges for labor to install or repair defective product without prior authorization. Goalsetter will determine the most economical method to either repair or replace product before any work is to commence.
