Unlike the turf found at a local miniature golf establishment, the turf we manufacture is specifically designed for simulating a natural grass putting surface. Our greens have the same ball rolling and ball holding characteristics of a country club green. In fact, the installation process of our synthetic turf green is similar to the installation of a natural grass green.

During this process sand is spread across the top of the turf, then brushed in with a broom to get between the turf fibers. Once the sand is in place, it will cause the fibers of the turf to stand straight up or vertical. When you stroke the ball, it will roll on the tips of the fibers making for a true roll to the cup.

The sand also controls the speed of the green. The more sand you add the faster the green. The less sand you have the slower the green. When you install your All Pro green according to both the written and video installation instructions, it will register a 9 to 10 on a USGA stimp meter.

If at any time, for the period of one year or 365 days from the time of purchase, you are not satisfied with the performance of your putting green, return it for the full purchase price. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, damage by accident, damage in transit when returning, abuse or alteration.

This putting green turf is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 10 years or 120 months from the time of purchase. If for any reason your putting green turf should fail to perform under normal use and you should require information or service, write and/or return your putting green turf. If a defect develops under normal use, the putting green turf will be repaired or replaced without cost, except for a shipping and handling charge which must be enclosed when returning your putting green turf. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, damage by accident, labor, damage in transit when returning, abuse or alteration.

This putting green turf has a no-fade warranty for a period of 60 months or 5 years. If the product is found to fade due to sunlight exposure within the time period, the manufacturer will replace it once it is returned. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, damage by accident, labor, damage in transit when returning, abuse or alteration.
